Hi, I’m Lauren

Photographer and Educator. You’ll find me hanging out in the rolling hills of the Peak District, with my camera never far away. Taking myself seriously isn’t my style, I am an advocate for belly laughs, the good times and creating genuine connections. For me, photography is a release, and a passion, it is a treasured space for me to unleash my creative energy.

Switching off and opening myself up to creativity allows me to capture special images for my clients to treasure and relish for years to come. I have been in education for over a decade, enjoying the wonder and amazement that children have. The magical and creative outlook of small souls inspires me on a daily basis. 

The outdoors is where I feel the most at home. I am a seasoned professional when it comes to embracing tussled hair, grass-strained knees and muddy boots. My surroundings have a huge impact on my photography style, relaxed, natural and authentic. Using natural light to craft images that are candid, un-staged and emotive - telling visual stories in the rawest form.
